Here is my proposed eHealth development plan. Adopting heavily on the Rwandan Health Enterprise Architecture (rhea.jembi.org) and leveraging on the work of the OASIS (heaf.jembi.org), this (working) paper draws the important components of a health EA and how messages will be exchanged between implementations.
